Joycia Johnson. known as "Sunshyne" is President, CEO and Founder of the Sunshyne Network. Sunshyne is noted for her morning spot "On The Line with Sunshyne" which premiered on The Legendary Joe Bagby Morning Show heard on Heaven 97 KHVN. She also served as Community Relations Director for the Fort Worth Opportunity Center, a H. Ross Perot, Jr. Multi-Billion Dollar job training facility geared toward serving the underemployed and the under-skilled, located in Historical Stop Six Fort Worth location.

A native of Fort Worth, Ms. Johnson was educated in the FWISD System and is a Proud graduate of her Alma Mater Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. With a passion for people “Sunshyne” started her own for profit Public Relations and Event Planning Firm “The Sunshyne Network”.

When Sunshyne is not reporting the news of the community, she is busy raising funds for worthwhile charitable organizations such as The American Heart Association, The Sickle Cell Anemia foundation, The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation where she is an annual supporter of the 5K Walk and she is a passionate advocate against domestic violence, crimes against children, and a strong proponent of women’s rights.

Sunshyne serves on the board and committees of various organizations. As a recognized leader and advocate for Social Justice and Civil Rights “Sunshyne” was asked to serve as a member of The City of Fort Worth Police Chiefs Advisory Board. Currently a Consultant with the FWPD Procedural Justice Initiative she organizes events and creates community awareness to The Stakeholders. “Sunshyne” also hosts "Books In Review", a community cable access program where she interviews Notable Authors that peek the interest of the citizens in Fort Worth.

Her clients range from Professional Athletes, Artists in the Entertainment Industry to Fortune 500 Companies. A noted poet, writer, dramatist and motivational speaker, Sunshyne's vision is to combine her creative talents in marketing, promotion and public relations to effectively bring her client the notoriety they deserve.

“Sunshyne” is a devout Christian who loves the Lord with all her heart she firmly believes in the Golden Rule “ Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You” and can frequently be heard quoting Job 13 “ Though he slay me yet will I Trust Him and Isaiah 54 “ No weapon formed against me Shall Prosper”. A Proud resident of Fort Worth and a Proud mother of one daughter and 5 grandchildren Sunshyne is a member of Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church where her Pastor is The Reverend Ralph W. Emerson Jr.
